I’ll Firgure out the Title when I’m Done
Fifty years ago I was 18 years old, a callow and naïve young man who knew nothing about life. Of course now I’ve got the re-cogntion of hindsight.
And even now I still have to remain vigilant, just like every one else. Otherwise I’d would have long since been stripped down to nothing by swindlers and thieves
Now, there are (and always have been) swindlers and thieves which one must anticipate attempting to steal one’s money and livelihood. And during this new era of The Internet, keeping such personal vigilance is relatively straightforward. Virtue as well as vice, as character traits, are distributed (as far as I can tell) randomly among the human population. At one end of the area beneath the “Bell Curve” are the swindlers and thieves; at the opposite end are the innovators and saints, humanly speaking.
But let us hope this particular curve is not symmetrical. For if it were, that would mean there are as many assholes in the world as decent people. And don’t get me wrong; there are as many disreputable women out there as there are men. That is a simple mathematical fact.
So, having learned my lesson after all these years, I now realize that . . . there are plenty of women out there from whom I’d best stay away. After all, it merely stands to reason that approximately half of all women are not to be trusted to any degree whatsoever.
Now, least I be attacked on this count as a misogynist by sensitive feminists, I’ll merely repeat myself and say that character traits are randomly distributed among our bourgeoning population and be done with it.
